He has successfully navigated the complex waters of omni-channel retail, 2-sided marketplaces (B2B & D2C), global expansion, and private equity investments.
Throughout his career, Gavin has demonstrated a keen ability to oversee digital transformation, manage P&Ls, develop and deliver effective growth strategies, build and lead high-performing teams, and focus on data-driven decision-making. His track record is highlighted by a profound commitment to customers and a dedication to sustainable growth tactics.
Gavin is well-versed in advising clients and delivering results-driven projects. He has worked with prominent brands such as Victoria's Secret, La Senza, Lily's Kitchen, The Watches of Switzerland Group, Boden, Georg Jensen, Boots, Kate Spade, Hunkemoller, and many more. His extensive experience includes technology selection, e-commerce commercial/trading management, team leadership, and other critical aspects of the e-commerce landscape.
